Applications for Free & Reduced Meals Not Mandatory

Applications for free and reduced meals are not mandatory this year considering all students will receive free meal benefits from USDA due to the pandemic. However, if you want to apply for P-EBT benefits next year, your student would have to be qualified for meal benefits per the requirements of that program with an application for free lunches. All applications will need to be submitted online at www.ocisd.net.

Please look to the left hand side of the web page under QUICK LINKS and you will see the tab for lunch applications beginning sometime in late August, or you may come to the Child Nutrition Office for help submitting your information. Please call 903-968-1235 for this confidential appointment or any other questions that you may have about this program.
