Mission Statement 

The Ore City ISD Maintenance Department is dedicated to providing safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities that support teaching, learning, and district operations. Through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and responsible stewardship of district resources, we ensure our schools remain safe, efficient, and conducive to student success.

What Do We Do?
Facilities Maintenance
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all district buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safe, functional, and efficient facilities.
 
Building Systems
  • Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, carpentry, painting, and other building systems while responding promptly to maintenance requests.
 
Grounds & Equipment
  • Maintain campus grounds, athletic facilities, maintenance equipment, and district assets to provide a safe and attractive learning environment.
 
Safety & Operations
  • Prioritize work orders, ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, manage contracted services when needed, and promote energy-efficient operations.
